Description

• Assist in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies • Monitor, review, and report on compliance programs • Support data privacy risk management and governance initiatives • Conduct risk assessments and privacy impact assessments • Track and report privacy breaches or incidents • Draft, update, and maintain compliance and privacy policies • Provide support for employee privacy training programs • Ensure proper handling and access to sensitive data • Support internal audits to assess compliance and data protection practices • Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations • Collaborate with legal, IT, HR, and other departments on compliance initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, healthcare administration, business administration, information technology, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, data privacy, or related role • Proficient in managing multiple computer systems • Technical acumen to understand data workflows and software • Willingness to learn • OneTrust experience preferred
