📋 Description
• Work with business and technology groups to design enterprise data solutions • Deliver data solutions enabling analytic & data science use cases • Ensure data governance and compliance • Partner with stakeholders to improve data quality standards
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Management • Master’s degree preferred but not required • 10 or more years of experience in information architecture and data solution design • Strong domain expertise in healthcare business, administrative and clinical data • Expertise in cloud-based data technologies and relational databases, including Oracle, MySQL, AWS Redshift, and Aurora • 5 or more years of experience with data engineering technologies, including but not limited to Spark, PySpark, SQL • Strong communication and collaboration skills with capability to execute with business and technology stakeholders • Expertise in enterprise data architecture design supporting business intelligence, artificial intelligence and machine learning applications • Experience in data management principles such as data governance, data security, data quality • Hands-on experience with data modeling for data lakes and data warehouses • Hands-on experience developing scalable data engineering pipelines • Familiar with healthcare data standards • Develop data strategies in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders of varying levels
