Description

• Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or process designs for client’s technology • Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation and train users • Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues • Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams • Responsible for executing and maintaining implementation processes and training stakeholders • Acts as a mentor to Implementation Analysts to ensure standards are followed • Subject Matter Expert for multiple Availity products and features

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare environment • At least 5 years of experience managing complex implementations • Basic API knowledge • In-depth understanding of the ANSI X12N format including: 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277 and 278 • Experience with Submitters, Vendors and/or Receivers/Payers is a plus • Extremely organized and detail oriented • Ability to take complex concepts and simplify them • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities • Experience gathering requirements: data, functional, business and technical • Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle
