• Implementing new and existing health plans for Intelligent Gateway products • Coordinating implementation meetings with stakeholders • Executing health plan implementations and documenting requirements • Collaborating on project timelines for on-time implementation • Participating in the sales discovery process
Requirements
• 2 years of experience in a client-facing role • 2 years of experience in technology or implementation firm • Strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills • Knowledge of application development practices, SDLC, and Agile • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to deliver tasks in high time-bound engagements • Technical aptitude in high performance transactions • Understanding of X12, APIs, and EDI terminology • Ability to consult on recommendations within Availity’s standards • Continuous improvement mindset for efficiency
