🎯 Requirements

•A degree in health policy, public policy, healthcare management, public health, public administration, economics, business administration, law, or a relevant discipline •Strong communication skills (written and oral) including the ability to concisely explain complicated concepts •Project management experience •Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word •Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask •Self-starter, ability to work independently and in groups •Exemplary interpersonal skills that translate into positive relationships with colleagues and clients; proven team player with solution-focused attitude •4-6 years of relevant work experience, which could include employment by federal and/or state regulatory agencies, Capitol Hill, relevant trade group, a law firm, health insurance company, pharmaceutical company, think tank, or advocacy organization •Experience focused on Medicare Advantage and/or Medicare Part D preferred •Experience rapidly and effectively analyzing policy proposals, legislation, and/or regulation and conveying findings to clients or other stakeholders
