• 5+ years’ experience as a finance business partner or graduate of finance leadership rotational program • Excellent time management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills • Self-starter, organized and able to prioritize effectively • High attention to detail with 'big picture' awareness • Compelling influencing skills • Positive outlook with a determined, can-do approach • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, Adobe WorkFront and Oracle NetSuite (desirable)
