📋 Description

• Capella University offers two learning formats, FlexPath and GuidedPath. • FlexPath format provides asynchronous 12-week courses with self-paced target dates. • Faculty evaluate learners' competencies within 48 hours of assessment submissions. • Assignments are based on ongoing rolling enrollment according to expertise and school needs. • Must be available via phone, email, and courseroom within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). • Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and other activities based on university needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Three years of teaching experience preferred. • Professional experience in the discipline with a minimum of two years required for undergraduate level and three years required for graduate level. • Research, scholarship, or achievement in the discipline required for graduate-level; experience with conducting and overseeing research in the discipline required for doctoral level. • All degrees must be conferred and from a regionally accredited institution. • Ability to travel occasionally within the US for business needs. • Must be able to meet critical thinking and problem-solving aspects aligned to job duties. • Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers.
