• Responsible for planning and delivery of customer-directed buffer/media outsourcing projects from internal project acceptance through project closure for European based clients. • Facilitate Avantor’s response to customer RFI (request for information) and RFQ (request for quotation) for custom buffer/media projects through internal cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, R&D, operations, and quality. • Responsible for authoring statements of work (SOWs) to ensure alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities. • Accurately define timeline and resource requirements for assigned projects; timelines must accurately reflect all internal and external activities to ensure adherence to target dates for milestones and completion. • Manage and lead internal project team meetings by developing agendas, facilitating the meeting, capturing action items, and following up with meeting minutes. • Responsible for developing and maintaining a master project plan that includes project milestones, durations, and cross functional accountabilities for all revenue-generating activities throughout the scope of the project (LOI execution, process development, engineering and validation, commercial manufacturing, QC/QA release, shipment, etc.).

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience working in Biopharma Production industry. • Experience working for a CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization) is strongly preferred. • 5 years experience in a project management-related role. • Experience and/or knowledge of GLP/cGMP environment is a plus.
