📋 Description
• Erarbeitung von Verkaufsstrategien in enger Abstimmung mit der Vertriebsleitung & deren Umsetzung mit dem Außendienst-Team • Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsverantwortung für die Region • Personalverantwortung für das Außendienstteam der Region mit dem Fokus auf aktives Coaching und auf die Weiterentwicklung der Account Manager • Konditions- und Kalkulationsentscheidungen im Rahmen der Unternehmensrichtlinien • Betreuung und Entwicklung von Schlüsselkunden gemeinsam mit dem Außendienst • Förderung der engen und aktiven Zusammenarbeit mit dem gesamten Sales-Team (Innendienst, Verkaufsspezialisten, Marketing)
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium im naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und entsprechende berufliche Praxis, idealerweise mit labortechnischen, chemischen oder pharmazeutischen/biopharmazeutischen Produkten • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Erfahrung in Leitung eines Sales-Teams • Hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke, Freude am Umgang mit Kunden • Unternehmerische Denkweise und eigenständiges Handeln • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse • Führerschein B
