• Analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and leverage the return on technological capabilities. • Ensure adherence to project schedules, maintain a systems orientation and work effectively with peers. • Serve as a technical point-of-contact for the assigned functional area and assist subject matter experts. • Evaluate, design, and configure security measures that protect organizational data and ensure system continuity. • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance security protocols and ensure a seamless security experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday security, including intersection and segment security. • Experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Management. • In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks and leading practices. • Strong understanding of data security and least privileged access principles. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in creating calculated fields and condition rules. • Proficiency in advanced security configuration tools within Workday. • Familiarity with standard office software and project management tools. • Experience in ServiceNow HRSD. • Experience in Excel required. • Additional experience in configuring other Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Benefits) is highly desirable. • Workday Pro Security certification is highly preferred. • Workday HCM Pro certification is highly preferred.
