📋 Description
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals for pipeline growth and revenue generation. • Develop an innovative content development strategy and oversee execution. • Develop and execute demand generation strategies. • Implement and monitor key marketing metrics such as customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, marketing ROI, and customer retention and attrition. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. • Oversee the Marketing Manager who is responsible for CRM administration, marketing automation, website and event management. • Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship and professional development. • Create and manage a marketing budget that aligns with company objectives. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing. • Experience in the language industry, SaaS or regulated health industries is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and revenue. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and analytics platforms. • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to build strong working relationships with sales counterparts and other stakeholders.
