📋 Description

• A proofer is a person responsible for the last step of Quality Assurance process. • Compare foreign language documents against original documents for consistency, completeness, and correctness. • Ensure correct formatting of target file in comparison to the original. • Help the PMs and PCs in preprocess of the documents. • Perform evaluation of graphic design work quality following the DQA process.

🎯 Requirements

• Keen eye and fastidious attention to detail. • Commitment to quality. • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat. • Ability to effectively use internal reference materials and stylistic guidelines. • Ability to follow complex instructions. • Sound judgment in case of difficult layout and linguistic choices. • Good communication and writing skills in English. • Second language is a plus (Asian languages take precedence - Chinese, Japanese, Korean). • Thrives under pressure and in a deadline-driven environment. • Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments. • Effective team player.
