• Avea is a pioneering dietary supplement company committed to promoting longevity and wellbeing. • Join us as we shape the emerging longevity space, fostering healthier, longer lives. • You will have the unique opportunity to gain insights into the dynamic world of a growing startup in the longevity space. • You’ll support our team in establishing and nurturing relationships with our B2B partners and grow our brand's presence. • Assist in establishing and managing strong relationships with our B2B partners e.g. retailers, clinics, pharmacies and distributors. • Support the onboarding of new partners by managing contracts, price lists, supplier registrations etc. • Handle relationships with established B2B partners, process their orders, ensure delivery and manage complaints. • Create regular reporting for B2B sales, tracking progress by partner, regions and partner type. • Support the management team in refining the B2B distribution strategy and improving B2B processes.

Requirements

• Experience in working in a B2B sales environment. Experience in the pharmacies, medical or supplement field is a strong plus. • Excellent communication skills. You feel comfortable interacting with others and reaching out to new potential partners. • Proficient in written and spoken English and German (German is a must). • Diligent working style, eye for detail and good with numbers. • Organised personality, tracking progress with partners and individual tasks, not dropping the ball on anything. • A keen interest in wellness, health, supplements and longevity and/or the willingness to learn more about the industry. • Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in an international company. • If you’re proactive and enjoy taking ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you!
