📋 Description
• Model and implement processes defined by customers while providing recommendations to improve the overall solution • Work with customers to understand their processes, build out detailed requirements, and create a plan for delivery • Define technical direction, delegate, and manage technical projects • Develop, implement, and test custom Salesforce solutions • Support the Sales process as needed, including estimating effort and schedule
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, from architectural design to implementation • High-level Salesforce architecture skills and knowledge of current best practices • Expertise in CRM/Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, and Revenue Cloud • Commerce Cloud, OMS, CPQ, and/or Marketing Cloud experience preferred, but not required • Software development experience outside of Salesforce preferred, but not required • Must be legally authorized to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship
