Description

• Define recruiting and sourcing strategies in line with business/personnel planning for specific locations • Develop search profiles in collaboration with departments and HR business partners • Identify and approach potential candidates for various positions and seniority levels using active sourcing methods • Conduct initial interviews and continue to support candidates throughout the recruiting process • Build sustainable networks and candidate pools • Contribute ideas and participate in additional projects such as employer branding, internal interview training, and HR process improvement

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in psychology, human resources, marketing, or a comparable field • Relevant professional experience in recruiting, preferably for sales/commercial positions • Enjoy attracting and inspiring qualified individuals for the company • Creative, innovative, and willing to explore new ways of recruiting • Interest in the latest recruiting trends and sourcing tools • Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken)
