📋 Description

• Avolve Software is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure and automation within Azure Cloud environments. • This role requires expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), and cloud-native solutions. • As a key technical leader, you’ll collaborate across teams, drive best practices, and have opportunities for both independent problem-solving and team-driven innovation. • Design, test, and deploy scalable, highly available Azure Cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). • Manage and maintain the Azure DevOps environment, ensuring seamless deployments and operations. • Develop and optimize IaC pipelines using Terraform and CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps). • Act as a subject matter expert for infrastructure setup and software releases. • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency. • Provide technical escalation support and collaborate with development, QA, and product teams. • Mentor and educate team members on IaC, containerization, and CI/CD best practices. • Innovate and improve product delivery and operational efficiency. • Integrate and implement DevSecOps best practices throughout the engineering process. • Enable automated testing, monitoring, and alerting for system reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. • 5+ years of experience with IaC tools (Terraform). • 5+ years of experience designing and building Azure Cloud platforms or similar cloud environments. • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). • 5+ years of experience working with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • 3+ years of experience leading projects from concept to deployment. • Strong knowledge of Azure infrastructure, troubleshooting, and automation. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS services (SQL, App Services, Container Apps, etc.). • Experience with Azure AD, IAM, RBAC, and security best practices. • Familiarity with Azure monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, App Insights, Log Analytics, Clarity). • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams. • Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins). • Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
