📋 Description
• Agieren als SAP Advisory Berater im Bereich Record-to-Report (RtR, FI/CO). • Fachliche Führung von S/4 HANA-Transformationsprojekten. • Subject Matter Expert für RtR (FI/CO) in SAP System Landscape Transformation/Consolidation. • Planung von Data-Migration im Rahmen von RtR (FI/CO). • Führen von SAP-Teilprojekten nach SAP Activate Methodologie. • Durchführung von SAP-Cloud/RISE-Architekturentwürfen und Roadmaps. • Leitung von Workshops und Assessments zur Ermittlung von Business- und Transformationsanforderungen. • Arbeit in hochintegrierten Umgebungen und mit SAP-/Nicht-SAP-Systemen. • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Durchführung von S/4 HANA-Transformationsprojekten.
🎯 Requirements
• Einschlägige Erfahrung in unterschiedlichen SAP projektbezogenen Rollen. • Erfahrung als RtR (FI/CO) Lead in SAP S/4 HANA-Projekten. • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Controlling, Finanzbuchhaltung, Business Architektur, Cloud Transition. • Erfolge bei der Führung von RtR (FI/CO) Teilprojekten in S/4 Transformationen. • Fähigkeit, praxisnah zu sein und mehrere Kundenprioritäten gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten. • Fähigkeit, Fachleute mit technischem und nichttechnischem Hintergrund zu begeistern und zu motivieren. • Engagement für den Erfolg Ihres Teams und Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf konstruktive/korrigierende Maßnahmen zu ergreifen. • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
