• We are looking for a Coordinator, Brand PR to join the growing PR organization at WORTHI. • Our Coordinator will ideally be a strong communicator (written, verbal and presentation) with excellent organizational and administrative skills. • This role requires someone with 2-3 years of post-graduate consumer and/or tech experience, with an emphasis on multicultural audiences being a major plus. • This junior level executive will help us at WORTHI partner with our growing roster of clients and be our quarterback in assisting departmental flow and account execution to ensure we are servicing our clients with precision and excellence. • This person must be forward thinking, a great writer and proficient at delegation, organization and prioritizing tasks. • There must be a willingness to get one’s “hands dirty” and a natural passion and understanding of PR as a whole. • This person will be a self-motivated team player who will be reliable, resourceful, open to growth, accountable and will operate with an open, “can do” and strategic mindset. • Reporting directly to Director, Brand PR, your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following: Support strategy development and execution, Support with pitching for campaigns, events, corporate communications and more, Build media lists and conduct research for clients and for our internal database, Support on-site events and facilitation in market or where needed based on client activity or needs, Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the given category of our clients, Produce and distribute media coverage reports, Administrative duties (i.e. note taking and circulation internally and to clients, developing call agendas, managing schedules, travel booking, expenses, etc.), Participate in new business RFPs.
• Excellent organization and time management skills. • Result-oriented and client-focused with a passion for communications and public relations practice. • Ability to proactively communicate well both verbally and in writing with clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Good problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Specialty in tech and entertainment clients a plus. • Consistent follow-through ability to traffic communication and ensure accuracy. • A creative point of view, a “can-do” attitude and a “what’s next” mentality. • Good at prioritizing tasks. • Understands the social-first nature of PR and how the media landscape is continuing to evolve in the digital frontier inclusive of influencer engagement. • Burning interest in cultivating and furthering media relations with consumer and tech journalists. Multicultural contacts are a plus. • Consistently bring ideas that amaze and inspire our clients and our team. • Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to provide and receive feedback.
