Description
• Ensure product regulatory compliance and communicate the impact on business. • Review on product chemical inventory compliance, ban and restriction status. • Manage product regulatory elements of new product introduction process in ANZ. • Conduct regular training to ensure product stewardship & regulatory processes are followed. • Ensure regulatory information in systems is up-to-date and accurate. • Annual AICIS declaration submission. • Product SDS creation, review and distribution. • Product hazard label creation, review and approval. • Coordinate new chemical permit registrations in AU & NZ.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Chemistry or equivalent • Minimum 3 years’ experience in product stewardship and regulatory compliance, specific to ANZ. • Proficient in regulatory submission processes, document management systems and quality systems. • Strong influencing and effective communication skills to interact with senior management, internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies. • Experience in working for a multinational is desirable.
