Description

• Create and manage automation to meet service-level objectives. • Ensure the production environment is available and will scale through effective monitoring and feedback mechanisms. • Provide flexible, innovative technologies and services to verify correct system behaviors from test through deploy. • Production SaaS CI/CD pipeline design and implementation. • SaaS monitoring/APM with tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or CloudWatch. • Prepare web-based operational reports, populate dashboards, and create alerts. • Design quality gates and develop test automation tools. • Help triage production issues and assist engineering peers. • Identify and record bugs.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab, or any other CI system. • Strong knowledge of Terraform and AWS Cloud. • Strong knowledge of Python and Linux. • Development experience with Linux platforms and shell scripting. • Experience with monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or CloudWatch. • Interpersonal skills and appreciation of other people’s work discipline within a startup environment. • Fluency in English. • BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject. • Hands-on experience with Docker containers; Kubernetes is a plus. • Experience in other programming languages, especially C/C++.
