Description

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for agile principles and values within product teams. • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos. • Guide and support the product owner in creating and managing the product backlog. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure user stories are clear and achievable. • Remove any impediments and blockers that may hinder the team's productivity. • Monitor product progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and implementing improvements to processes and practices. • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, product owners, and stakeholders. • Identify and escalate any potential risks or issues that may affect product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • +3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies. • Excellent communication and facilitation skills. • Proven track record of successfully delivering products using Scrum or other Agile methodologies. • Knowledge of different Agile frameworks. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Passion for continuous learning and improvement.
