• Acting as liaison between BSAA staff and Account Executives• Performing annual staff Performance Development Plan reviews• Approving, monitoring, and tracking staff expenses and workdays• Collaborating with Director to manage workload• Reviewing monthly reports to ensure account renewals• Conducting process and needs assessments across Commercial Insurance• Providing training and mentoring as required• Ensuring staff feel supported by management• Communicating Axis’ goals to staff
• Minimum 7 years Commercial Marketing experience• Experience with Personal Lines• General Insurance Agent Level 2 license through the Insurance Council of British Columbia or equivalent• CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designations considered an asset• Post-Secondary Degree considered an asset• Experience using Epic broker management system considered an asset
