🎯 Requirements
• 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior finance role (CFO, SVP Finance, or similar). • Comfortable building financial models and pitching investors. • Deep expertise in corporate finance & capital raising. • 7+ years of experience on global accounting and reporting across multiple entities. • Understanding of impact investing, credit risk assessment, and blended finance models. • Ability to think big and move fast in a startup environment. • Strong communicator & stakeholder manager. • Passion for solving access to medicines issues.
