Description

• Axuall is a workforce intelligence company revolutionizing the healthcare industry. • The primary focus of the role is collecting customer implementation requirements and supporting the design, build, test, and release of customer-specific solutions. • Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and understand their unique needs. • Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of Axuall's platform to meet client specifications. • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions. • Provide training and user support to clients to facilitate seamless adoption and utilization of the software. • Document implementation processes, best practices, and lessons learned to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software implementation, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences domain. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and develop appropriate solutions. • Familiarity with jotform or similar form-building solutions • Familiarity with software testing methodologies • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders. • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory compliance and data privacy standards is a plus.
