Assignments may range from producing discrete subsections to gather content to writing and leading entire proposal volumes. •Collaborates with other subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information to obtain the necessary information to clearly articulate a winning strategy, compelling solutions, and substantiated themes. •Researches and combines information from multiple sources into a cohesive, easy-to-read, and persuasive final product. •Create and organize a RFP database solution to support the RFP process ongoing. •Take bullet points from others and then write up RFP responses; translate complicated ideas into language easily understood by others. •Solicit and use constructive feedback to make needed changes to documents and proposals. •Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree •Proven success winning proposals •MUST have a minimum of 5 years of RFP and proposal writing experience to include, but not limited to experience in a healthcare setting, government (federal) or education preferred •Client centered mentality and passion for customer •Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook and third-party RFP and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems •Innate aptitude for problem solving •Incredible work ethic •Strong motivation to achieve results and meet goals •Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
