• Join Aya Healthcare, winner of multiple Top Workplace awards! • We are currently seeking a User Research Intern (remote) interested in an opportunity to work with a strong UIUX research and design team. • The User Research intern will be responsible for working with current designers and product managers to define an optimal user experience. • They will play a necessary role in the research and design of our internal and external products. • This position’s contributions will have a direct impact on the products we build while ensuring we are making more data driven design and product decisions. • As an intern, you will work in partnership with our Research, Design, and Product teams to conduct qualitative and quantitative research including usability studies, user interviews, surveys, etc. • Develop research plans and collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on research goals. • Synthesize and analyze research findings to drive understanding of user behavior and insights. • Communicate research findings to other researchers, product stakeholders, and designers.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in a related field such as Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, Behavior Sciences, etc. • Experience with a broad range of research methods • Ability to shift priorities and follow through on initiatives • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn • A research portfolio that showcases your research skills
