β€’ We are looking for a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our team and accelerate the growth of our board portal software business within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. β€’ The ABM Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific high-value accounts, working closely with our sales team to deliver qualified leads and measurable business outcomes. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Plan, implement, and manage targeted ABM campaigns tailored specifically to our priority accounts in the DACH region. β€’ Collaborate closely with sales and SDR teams to identify target accounts, develop tailored messaging, and execute strategic outreach. β€’ Create engaging and localized content including emails, LinkedIn/Xing messages, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and testimonials. β€’ Organize and execute webinars, virtual events, and other digital marketing activities to engage target accounts and drive pipeline growth. β€’ Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and regularly report insights to improve future initiatives. β€’ Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, content updates, and social media presence (LinkedIn, Xing) to enhance visibility and market positioning. β€’ Build strong internal relationships with sales, customer success, and partner management teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services. β€’ Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies and execution. β€’ Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, case studies, presentation design). β€’ Experience running digital campaigns, events, webinars, and lead-generation activities. β€’ Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Xing). β€’ Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI. β€’ Exceptional communication skills (German & English).
