Description

• Lead the development and execution of creative brand projects, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and identity. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver innovative design solutions for a variety of platforms, including web, product, motion, print, and social media. • Capture groundbreaking technical concepts and creatively translate them into relatable and clear visual pieces. • Develop and refine our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all visual communications. • Embody Aztec’s brand identity, always advocating for a delightful and consistent user experience throughout all branded outlets. • Maintain and contribute to a growing variety of design resources and templates. • Become a trusted partner for all-things Design for the entire Organization. • Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating design vision and rationale.

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience, preferably in technology companies • Strong fundamental knowledge of formal design principles • A sharp eye for detail, and a refined taste for design • Experience taking initiative, working independently, managing stakeholders, and taking ownership of projects and timelines • A collaborative can-do attitude, paired with a hyper-organized mindset • Ability to take technical/complex concepts and explain them artfully and simply using design as a resource • Ability to produce clean, slick graphics and web layouts optimized around modern design standards for technology products • Experience creating and contributing to design style guides, and systems • Experience taking initiative, working independently to resolve issues, and taking ownership of projects • Experience collaborating with external contractors • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
