Description

• Designing and implementing PoCs, providing first-hand technical guidance • Leading cross-team implementation projects • Producing system requirements, design and other SDLC deliverables • Supporting engineering teams and promoting best practices • Providing cloud expertise and maintaining company cloud environments • Automating and optimizing engineering processes • Coaching team members, being a role model for junior colleagues

Requirements

• You enjoy delivering at scale as a team rather than an individual contributor • You bring a strong sense of ownership which you simply can’t ignore • You often find yourself actively listening to other engineers and engineering teams • You keep asking questions and are naturally backing up / verifying your decisions with data points • You are actively looking for your work and also are making sure your decisions have a company-wide impact • You have at least 2 years of experience working as an architect / lead
