📋 Description
• Assist in sourcing and acquiring goods, services, and real estate. • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts. • Keep track of procurement activities, manage databases, and generate reports. • Assist in the preparation and organization of procurement and real estate contracts. • Work with internal teams to align procurement with business goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Real Estate, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum one year in procurement, with real estate exposure being a plus. • Languages: Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus). • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience with procurement software or ERP systems. • Familiarity with Lebanese real estate practices is advantageous. • Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator in a fast-paced, international setting.
