• Babylon is an innovative blockchain project founded by Claude E. Shannon Award recipient, Professor David Tse from Stanford University. • The Operations and Administrative Associate plays a key role in the support and coordination of day-to-day operations. • You are a team player and enjoy providing helpful, high-quality support and services to others in an environment free from competition and “office politics.” • You thrive when you identify problems and enjoy solving them, particularly within your area of expertise. • You enjoy using your expertise and skillset to support a team, share information, and selflessly help others succeed. • You are conscientious and precise, with strong attention to detail, and it’s important to you to get things exactly right. You are motivated by a genuine concern for completing work thoroughly and correctly. • Triages and prioritize asks from the operations team and the broader team; exercising strong judgment and discretion with highly confidential information. • Event planning: assist with the scheduling and coordinating the logistics for speaking engagements, conferences or other special events. • Main point of contact for operational & administrative inquiries and issues from Babylon team members. • Manage ad-hoc administrative requests from the team, providing problem-solving and project management expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, customer service or an administrative support role. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience. • Positive Attitude • Self Starter but knows when asking questions is needed. • Feels that no task is "too menial". • Advanced organisational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex situations. • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and communication tools (Slack, Zoom).
