Description

• Lead the charge of hybrid Agile/Waterfall services delivery for clientsʼ cloud transformation journeys • Assist in team development and holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks, and leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work; and mentoring and developing team members • Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged and making a meaningful contribution, and encourage a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team • Provide project management leadership for complex, large-scale projects • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization • Facilitate internal communications and be the point of contact with external stakeholders • Estimate and track project velocity, and costs, develop resource plans and work to assess potential issues and risk • Resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and help teams implement changes effectively • Ensure deliverables are up to high-quality standards at the end of each sprint/release • Identify and provide recommendations for process improvement in the delivery of projects

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading projects using Agile/Waterfall methodologies. • Experience working with Google Cloud • Experience working in the Financial Sector • PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent preferred • Efficient interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands • Ability to grasp high-level technical concepts quickly • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view • Strong time management skills
