Description
• Responsible for incident management and application support of real-time drilling, wireline, completion, and production data • Ensure the resilience of service and information security • Create wells in the system, well entitlements, data extraction and data-entry • Primary contact for application access/authorization • Helping to maintain and develop Standard Operating Procedures
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Similar with proven work experience • Solid background and knowledge across a broad range of drilling operations, evaluation tools and services • Basic knowledge of drilling systems data including drill string and BHA configurations, bits, mud motors, casing, fluid checks and summary data • Proven ability to recognize, analyse and solve technical issues • Ability to enter accurate data and prioritize workload • Ability to identify anomalies and problem data • Good knowledge of incident management systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
