• Develop the Business Analysis and Project Management Process • Ensure that all projects are properly documented, which includes a business case, business requirements, and implementation plan, maintaining document requirements for project managers and business owners. • Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope. • Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records. • Evaluate and establish strategy to analyze problems and provide workable solutions. • Track and report progress and forecast final delivery targets. • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. • Shares knowledge and educates others in the areas of project management and business analysis. • Managing the Technology Project Portfolio. • Manage Training Material for Internally Created Systems • Maintain and create training manuals and videos. • Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise. • Attend courses to develop and keep skills and knowledge current. • Comply with continuing education requirements. • Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills. • Other duties • Special projects as requested

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required in a specialized field such as accounting, business, finance, industrial engineering, computer science, management information systems, or a related field. • 3-4 year's experience required • Course in the area of Project Management or Business Analysis. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. • Proven problem-solving skills. • A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects. • Attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality. • Strong data analysis skills.
