• Balance Health is the nation’s premier comprehensive lower-extremity focused Physician Practice located. • Our team has an immediate need to hire a reliable, hard-working, experienced Communications/Content Marketing Associate. • This is a full-time, fully remote role. • We are looking for an energetic, creative, and tech-savvy person who loves marketing and is excited to be on the front line of a rapidly growing company in the healthcare sector. • This job is ideal for someone interested in growing their content and communication marketing skills. • Your job will focus on the research and writing of emails, direct mail, blogs, white papers, social media posts, infographics, signage, and other communications. • Strong writing skills are important, as you will need to be able to write about medical subject matter (with a team of medical reviewers to proof/approve). • You’ll also need to know your way around analytics of channel content for reporting.

Requirements

• You will need to have excellent communication and organization skills and will need to be able to react to an ever-changing healthcare industry with fresh, new ideas. • The Associate will need to be able to use or learn Smartsheet, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite, and other software platforms to be successful in this role. • Required Bachelor’s Degree • Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing • Ability to learn, discuss, and write about technical content • Attention to detail • Interest in growing your marketing skills • Understanding of inbound marketing and SEO • Understanding of social media marketing • Ability to use imagery to help tell a story • Excellent Microsoft Suite Skills • Highly Valued Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience • Brandfolder Experience • Smartsheet Experience • Canva Experience

Benefits

• Fully remote full-time position working Monday – Friday with a competitive pay range depending on relevant work experience. • Eligible to participate in company benefit program on the first of the month following 30-days of employment if a 30-hour work week is consistently maintained. • Eligible to participate in our 401(k) program with company match on the first of the month following 2-months of employment.
