📋 Description
• The Client Relations Team Specialist serves as a resource to clients and personally provides prompt, efficient and high-quality service. • Respond to incoming client service requests for small to large accounts. • Process endorsements. • Issues new business. • Answer client questions regarding coverage. • Remarkets accounts as needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Current State Property & Casualty Insurance License, as required by the State Department of Insurance to provide client services as necessary in states where the firm functions or be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within the first 90 days of employment. • Must have at least 1-3 years of experience within personal lines.
