β’ Prepares documents for presenting risks to market. β’ Prepares applications, summaries of insurance, insurance certificates, auto identification cards and other coverage related documents. β’ Prepares and updates draft renewal proposals. β’ Assists client service teams in the preparation of presentation materials. β’ Analyzes and summarizes complex data and compiles reports with supervision. β’ Records data into appropriate insurance company and firm software programs. β’ Runs cancellation and expiration reports. β’ Processes and completes endorsements and audits. β’ Processes Notices of Cancellations. β’ Requests Loss Runs. β’ Quotes flood and builder's risks policies as requested by an Account Manager. β’ Handles the renewing of bonds and flood policies. β’ Completes special projects as assigned. β’ Looks for opportunities to improve the firm, business segment and processes. β’ Brings issues and discrepancies to the attention of appropriate leadership.
