β’ The Sr Claims Consultant is considered an expert in managing insurance claims on an individual and portfolio level. β’ The Sr Claims Consultant must be able to work with minimal oversight, have technical knowledge and experience in insurance claims handling and risk mitigation techniques. β’ Ability to develop relationships and effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, carriers and colleagues is a key success factor in this role. β’ Strategic vision coupled with tactical execution of risk mitigation plans that drive favorable client Cost of Risk results is critical to the overall success of this position. β’ Worker Compensation Claim Management. β’ Casualty & General Liability Claim Management. β’ Property Claim Management. β’ Claims Analysis & Loss Trend Reporting.
β’ 7+ years' experience in claims required. β’ Experience with Professional and Management Liability preferred. β’ AIC/SCLA/CPCU/ARM/LPC certification, professional designations are preferred. β’ At least 7 years of experience desired within a client/customer facing or support role in the insurance industry is preferred.
