• Responsible for data entry of accounts into agency management system. • Documentation review to ensure risk meets outlined requirements. • Documentation maintenance and policy generation. • 1st level customer and broker correspondence. • Processing of endorsements and any legal notices. • Binding policies as directed within Agency Management Systems. • Provides training and acts as mentor to new Underwriting Analysts. • Handles escalated or more complex tasks building on Underwriting Analyst skills. • Assists with Loss History reports, invoicing and importing when needed.
