• We are looking for a motivated colleague to join our fast-growing Product Management team. • This team is charged with developing new and innovative insurance products as well as managing our growing and increasingly diversified national portfolio of admitted and surplus lines products. • As a Senior Product Analyst supporting our national admitted Homeowners program, you will work closely with the rest of the product team, IT and compliance to drive new growth in the program via our modern technology platform. • You will also be responsible for analyzing the health of existing programs to ensure ongoing profitability, competitive position and compliance with local regulations. • Key Responsibilities include collaborating with business partners throughout the organization, applying mathematical and statistical techniques to analyze profitability, and reviewing insurance company filings to provide recommendations that improve product launches.
• Bachelor’s Degree in economics, business administration, mathematics/statistics, finance or other quantitative discipline, or equivalent work experience • Related experience in insurance product management preferred. • Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry • Skilled in linking multiple data sources to organize data into a logical format for analysis. • Knowledge of SQL, SAS, R, Python, Table, and/or other programming/data query/reporting knowledge preferred, in addition, intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is required • Well organized with a strong attention to detail • Desire to solve problems, think analytically and move quickly to build new programs • High degree of flexibility and comfort responding to changing business needs • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude • Ability to work as a team player to deliver results effectively and efficiently to a variety of customers
