Description

• Manage claims, internal colleagues, and claim vendors • Review and analyze claims information • Partner with TPA’s to evaluate claims strategies • Conduct meetings to discuss claims strategies and coverage • Compile and analyze claims data • Maintain accurate claims files • Oversee first notice of loss reporting, claims assignments, and inquiries • Monitor claim files to ensure adherence to requirements • Review claim files for appropriate levels of indemnity • Audit claim level billing and expense payments • Provide feedback on claims handling and regulatory compliance • Facilitate large loss review sessions • Coordinate with Underwriting and Product teams on claims trends • Maintain knowledge of open claims associated with policies • Collaborate with Data & Analytics team • Assist in setting up efficient workflows

Requirements

• Adjusters License required • JD and/or professional designations (e.g., CPCU, AIC) are highly preferred • Bachelor's degree is required • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Management Liability, Cyber Liability, and/or Specialty Liability claims handling
