• The Associate Advisor, Private Risk will work to gain knowledge of private risk lines of insurance to successfully gain technical and sales knowledge. • Begin with an in-depth training program and will have exposure to existing clients with the opportunity to be mentored by experienced Advisors. • Learn the firm’s insurance and risk management value proposition to support the clients’ needs and passions. • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery. • Participate in sales meetings to review sales activities and prospective customers with leadership. • Develop a full working knowledge of private risk products and procedures. • Learn to present proposals in a professional manner, reviewing coverages in detail to ensure understanding. • Maintain an understanding and knowledge of insurance industry and underwriting criteria for Insurance Company Partners represented by firm to effectively communicate to all involved.
