📋 Description
• Provide Targeted Case Management, supervision, and therapeutic support to children (ages 1-21). • Identify the needs of qualified clients and facilitate access to necessary services. • Conduct intake/assessment and develop plan of care. • Develop and implement a family strengths-based model in accordance with client's needs. • Complete documentation in the EQ Maine Health Care Management system.
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, or a closely related field. • One year of experience directly related to the human service field. • Current Maine Driver’s License, registered, insured, and inspected vehicle. • Motivated and able to work independently and in coordination with others.
