📋 Description
• We're looking for an Assistant Legal Counsel to join our team and help navigate the exciting legal landscape of our growing business! • In this role, you’ll partner with teams across the company, providing sound legal guidance, reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance, and helping mitigate risks—all while keeping things clear, practical, and business-friendly. • If you love tackling complex legal challenges, have a sharp eye for detail, and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic and supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you!
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or Juris Doctor) • Active member and in good standing of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines • Minimum 3 years of legal experience, either as in-house counsel or with a reputable law firm • Minimum 2 years experience in contract review and drafting of a wide range of contracts (e.g., SaaS Agreements, Marketing Agreements, MSAs) • Excellent skills in legal research skills; willing to conduct non-PH-related legal research • Prior experience in corporate housekeeping • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
