• Reports directly to the Director of SEO and is responsible for leading a holistic SEO-first content strategy aligned with digital marketing and business goals, ensuring strong search visibility through high-quality content. • Leading a high-performing team, driving cross-functional collaboration, applying content marketing best practices, and leveraging generative AI to boost content creation and performance. • Defines and drives the overall SEO vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives. • Leads and mentors a team of SEO Content professionals, providing guidance, setting performance expectations, and fostering professional growth.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy or any related business management course. • Preferably with master’s degree/units. • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in SEO or digital content creation, with at least five (5) years in a managerial or senior leadership role. • Proven experience in developing and executing large-scale SEO or Content strategies. • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and the digital landscape. • Experience in leveraging AI-driven content creation and SEO automation tools. • Proficiency in SEO and Content Creation tools • Understanding and experience of working with HTML, CMS, JavaScript and their impact on SEO. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels. • A problem-solving mindset. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
