Description

• Bamboo Health seeks a Growth Director for selling to health systems • Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying business opportunities, and managing deal negotiations • The role involves engaging with executives and strategic planning for growth • Required is the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling complex accounts / enterprise software technology solutions • Healthcare experience is preferred • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven track record of exceptional performance – achieving or exceeding sales quotas and demonstrating YOY sales growth • Experience in healthcare industry trends like value-based care, care management / care coordination, and population health • Experience working with health systems in northeastern and some midwestern markets such as: MA, CT, RI, ME, NH, OH, MI, IN preferred • Excellent writing & presentation skills • Strong sense of team and the ability to work collaboratively • A high level of judgment, analytical ability, and creativity in investigating problems • Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly changing work environments • Ability to travel frequently (approximately 50%) for work
