• Oversee all operational aspects of the agency, ensuring efficiency and scalability • Develop and implement strategic plans to support agency growth and performance • Create, document, and optimize internal systems, structures, and processes • Establish comprehensive onboarding procedures and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) • Manage and mentor staff, facilitating smooth communication between teams and clients • Leverage AI and technology to automate and enhance agency processes
• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in operations management, ideally within a marketing or social media management agency • Strong background in strategy development and process optimization • Expertise in creating and managing onboarding processes and SOPs • Demonstrated ability to manage teams and staff effectively • Experience developing and implementing growth strategies • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for business automation • Track record of working with high-level clients, including company owners and executives • Experience scaling operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Fully remote • Potential to start part-time with opportunities to move to a full-time position as the agency grows • Compensation: Competitive fixed monthly rate, with the possibility of performance-based bonuses
