• Content Creation: Write engaging and persuasive copy for LinkedIn, newsletters, eBooks, lead magnets, and other company-related content. • LinkedIn Management: Create and manage content for Bamboo Works' LinkedIn page and founders' personal profiles to build a vibrant, professional online presence. • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop strategic content calendars, brainstorm new content ideas, and ensure all materials align with Bamboo Works’ tone and mission. • Design & Visuals: Create basic designs for LinkedIn posts, eBooks, and other marketing materials using tools like Canva, ensuring content is not only informative but visually appealing. • Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and content best practices to produce relevant, authoritative material.

Requirements

• Exceptional Writer: You have a way with words, able to craft copy that is both persuasive and aligned with brand messaging. • Design Enthusiast: You’re comfortable using tools like Canva to create visually engaging content for social media and marketing materials. • Content Strategist: You understand content strategy and know how to develop a cohesive brand voice across various channels. • LinkedIn Guru: You’re familiar with LinkedIn’s platform, algorithms, and community engagement strategies. • Proactive & Self-Driven: You take initiative, anticipate needs, and love collaborating on new ideas. • Detail-Oriented: You ensure all content is polished and professional before it goes live. • Versatile Experience: Previous experience with pitch decks, sales materials, eBooks, LinkedIn posting, or similar projects is a big plus!
