• Assist in building and maintaining complex financial models. • Conduct thorough financial analysis and data interpretation. • Assist in the preparation of detailed spreadsheets and reports. • Create compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate insights and strategies to clients. • Assist in financial reporting and the preparation of balance sheets, P&L statements, and other financial documents. • Collaborate on M&A, private equity, and venture capital projects. • Apply a basic legal understanding of different types of companies and international structures to analyses. • Continuously seek to understand the business to provide commercial insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Venture Capital. • Intermediate proficiency in financial modeling. • Strong understanding of accounting principles, numbers, balance sheets, and P&L statements. • Highly experienced with Excel and PowerPoint. • Proficiency in data analysis. • Basic legal understanding of various corporate structures and international business operations. • Commercially minded with a strong business acumen. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Comfortable speaking with clients. • A proactive and diligent work ethic, demonstrating the highest levels of integrity and reliability. • CFA certification (plus).
