• Our client is seeking a talented and experienced marketing professional to take charge of building and enhancing the firm’s online presence. • This role is ideal for someone passionate about the venture capital space, with a focus on developing a compelling brand that resonates with potential investors, especially in the European market. • As the Marketing Lead, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating a content strategy for LinkedIn, managing the firm’s profile, and establishing a visible, engaging, and professional online presence that connects with investors and showcases our client's mission. • This position will start as part-time with the potential to expand into a full-time role as the fund grows. • Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy tailored for LinkedIn, with the goal of attracting potential investors and partners, particularly in Europe. • Profile Management: Maintain and optimize our client's LinkedIn profile, ensuring it remains active, professional, and aligned with the brand’s goals and values. • Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience by responding to inquiries, participating in discussions, and building relationships with key stakeholders. • Brand Building: Bring the client's brand to life online by crafting engaging and relevant content, ranging from industry insights to thought leadership posts. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the impact of content and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.

Requirements

• Marketing Expertise in VC/Financial Industry: Proven experience in the financial or venture capital sector, with a deep understanding of how to market to investors and partners. • Social Media Savvy: Strong social media marketing skills, with a focus on LinkedIn as a platform for networking, content sharing, and brand visibility. • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create impactful, high-quality content tailored to the audience's needs, with an emphasis on thought leadership and engagement. • Tech-Driven Mindset: Interest in technology, AI, and innovation, with a passion for communicating these topics to diverse audiences. • Excellent English: Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to convey the client's message effectively.
